Juan Soto is currently in an extremely tough situation. His current team lost the worst loss in World Series history…
He was first signed out of high school in 2018 when he was only 19 years old by the Washington Nationals. He then had a batting average of .292 along with 121 hits, 22 home runs 70 RBIs, and 77 runs batted in. All in just 116 games out of the year-round 162 games!
He stayed with the Nationals from 2018-2022 while winning the 2019 World Series in between. He then (as a free agent) was traded to the San Diego Padres at the end of 2022, throughout 2023, and not doing much. But now in Juan Soto’s young career, in 2024, he was traded to the famous New York Yankees; now teammates with Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton.
Over the course of his one-year rookie deal with the Yankees, he hit a whopping 41 home runs, 109 RBIs, a leading OPS of .989, and an average of .285; A career high for him!
But the most important thing that he did besides having his best career season, was make incredible relationships with his teammates and the fans. Everyone loved him and looked up to him. Soto, Judge, Stanton the Titans of the Yankees. It was amazing!
But leaving off that bad of a note after making it all the way to the World Series is extremely tough for the Yankees team especially Juan Soto. He has accumulated 13 offers so far in the off-season. The offers were from The Yankees, Orioles, Red Sox, Dodgers, Braves, Brewers, Mets x2, Diamond Backs and Reds.
So he has to decide one of two things: Money and Fame or Friends/Family and Love. Which will he pick?
