3 Easy Halloween Treats!

As fun of a holiday as it is, sometimes candy on Halloween just doesn’t suffice!
Here are three easy Halloween treats that are fun to make with others and yourself, of course.

Spooky Strawberries: All you need are fresh strawberries, milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips, some dishes to melt the chocolate in, a spoon, a plate and wax paper for the strawberries, and of course, a microwave. Put some chocolate chips in a dish and microwave in 30-second intervals. After every interval, stir the mix with a spoon. Eventually, the chips should be completely melted. Next, use the chocolate however you want on the strawberries. Some fun ones to make are ghosts, bats, and faces. After you’re done with your creations, put the finished strawberries on a plate with wax paper so they don’t stick to the plate. Leave them in the fridge for about 15 minutes, and enjoy!

Brownie Graveyard: This one is very simple! You need brownie mix, one of a rectangular cake/ brownie pan, icing, marshmallows, and any other things you’d like to add. So, begin with following the instructions on the brownie mix, and fill the entire pan with the mix. After it has sat in the oven, you’ll notice that brownies look like a dirt ground. Next, the fun part: DECORATING! Use the marshmallows as ghosts or gravestones by using icing and drawing on it. You can draw bones and skulls with the icing too. All in all, it’s up to you to use your own creativity.

Just plain dirt: No, I’m only joking. It isn’t actual dirt. You’ll need Oreos, gummy worms or other gummy bugs, and chocolate pudding. This is the most simple one. Crush up the Oreos, (choose how many you want depending on how many desserts you’ll make) and place some at the bottom of your chosen container (a cup, bowl, mason jar). Then, take some gummy worms and put them on top, and layer some chocolate pudding over that. Just repeat and make more layers, and you’ll have some nice dirt!
This is one of my childhood favorites.
