(Spoilers Ahead)

The roller coaster of the show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is finally coming to a close. In this season, loose ends are finally being tied up. This episode is about Rebecca having to deal with the pain of losing her friends, Paula is working to say goodbye to her son along with Darryl and Josh finally let go of each other.

Here’s a list of thing I think the show did right:

-The intro song is hilarious- I love it.

-I’m so glad Rebecca is on the right path and trying to work out her problems in rational ways.

-I’m proud of Rebecca really working hard to be happy for her friends and not tearing them down.

-I loved seeing Rebecca go to her therapist and finally talk about her feelings.

-Everytime the show does a musical number it’s so well done and the one this episode was no exception.

-Part of what makes this show great is the dialogue as well as the actors delivering the lines, which the show did great on.

-The scene where Darryl pours water on Josh and forces him to get out and live his life was needed for the story to move on with their relationship.

-When Paula had a heart to heart with her son about leaving I thought it was well done in addition to bringing a new characteristic to Paula of being a caring mother.

These are the things that bothered me about the episode:

-I don’t think that the therapist should have said Rebecca was behind because it was obviously bothering her and she should know that Rebecca doesn’t want to feel inadequate to other people. She could have explained better why Rebecca was behind at least.

-My love-hate thing is that I feel like all the episode have the same formula where something happens and Rebecca does the opposite of what she should. I get that’s her defense mechanism but I wish she would have realized she did that by now.

-I hated it how it wasn’t until someone ruined something of Rebecca’s that she realized her mistake and forced everyone out.

In general, this episode was very well made and fun to watch. If I were to fix something about the show, it would be to change the format for each episode. But, overall Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is a fantastic show which I definitely recommend watching!
