Juliana Tjornhom, Freelancer

Juliana Tjornhom is a senior at Northport High School and freelancer for The Port Press. She is an avid reader and sailor, and she enjoys playing the piano and violin. Her journey as a musician has allowed her to share her passion at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the United Nations, and many more. Being a member of elite ensembles has also allowed her to contribute to international organizations that campaign for world peace. In her free time she can be found watching TED talks and researching intriguing scientific anomalies. Juliana also finds cooking culturally unique dishes a calming (and delicious!) escape from stressful life as a high schooler.
